I am waiting impatiently for a serviceman to repair my oven. The allotted time was between 8.00 am and midday. It is now eleven and there is still no sign of him. However, it has given me time to start this next journey.
After a few hiccups with browsing and selecting a file to convert the whole process went smoothly. Thank you to the people who had already blogged about the blank screen and lack of immediate confirmation - you saved me from more frustration.
